Keyword Bid Maximizer's Agreement with Overture

Dear Customers,

We are pleased to announce that Dynamic KeywordBid Maximizer is an Overture approved third party tool. As such, effective immediately, there will be a number of changes to be made to the Keyword Bid Maximizer program in next few weeks (and in the future). Keyword Bid Maximizer will be split into two separate programs. One of the programs will manage the Overture accounts and the other will manage the rest of the other pay per click search engines. All registered customers (prior to the change) of Keyword Bid Maximizer will receive both programs at no extra cost. To reduce the traffic on Overture's servers, all licensees have agreed to limit their automated bid changes to 24 (twenty four) times per keyword per day. You will still be able to change bids with Keyword Bid Maximizer at any time and as many times as you like manually. Due to the change in Overture bid strategy, Keyword Bid Maximizer will be able to maximize your bidding and will alert you when one of your bids need to be changed manually to maintain its position.
